North Brookfield Housing Authority: The North Brookfield Housing Authority is operated by the state. They are the authority for renting and maintaining the properties at Herard Lane Estates of 271 North Main St and the Grove St School Apartments on 24 Grove St. The North Brookfield Housing Authority staff may be contacted at (508) 867-2826 during the following business hours: 7:30-12:30 Monday-Thursday & 7:30 to 11:30 on Friday mornings.

Applications for State-Aided Elderly Housing at Herard Lane Estates and Family Housing at Grove Street may be completed online. Paper applications are available outside the staff office located at 271 North Main Street.
