Weekly Programs

Daily Lunch Specials: Lunch is served every Monday by Tri-Valley, please call by 1pm the Thursday before to be on the list, price is $3.00 donation, Wednesday lunch is made by Senior Volunteers. Cost is $4.00. Please call 508-867-0220 to reserve your spot the Wednesday before.

  • Mondays: 9:30am Walking Club, 10:00am Movie, Noon lunch by Tri-Vally $3.00 donation.
  • Tuesdays: 9:30am Tuesday Bread distribution donated by Hannaford Supermarket, 10:30am Coffee hour, 1:00pm – 2:00pm Chair Yoga w/ Jen. $5.00 per class. Very relaxing!
  • Wednesday: 9:30am Queenagers (Knitting, Crocheting, or bring your project), Noon Lunch by Senior Center $4.00.
  • Thursday: 9:30am Walking Club, 11am Art Class (2X month), 1:00pm – 2pm Gentle Yoga with Jen. $5.00 per class.
  • Friday: Foot Clinic 9am – 3pm by appointment, once a month
  • 1st Friday on the Month, 10:30am Friends

  • 2nd Monday 2pm COA meeting of the Month
  • 3rd Monday 10am Music Bingo
  • 2nd Wednesday 11am – 12pm of the Month BP/ Clinic
  • 4th Wednesday 10:30am of the Month BP/Glucose Clinic,
  • 1st Friday 10:30am of the Month Friends Meeting
  • 3rd Saturday Quilts of Valor.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Senior Center is always interested in volunteers. Contact Nicole Eccleston at 508-867-0220 ext. 223 if interested in any of the following: Arts & Crafts, being on the COA Board, to become a Member of the Senior Center (free), Programs, Kitchen Assistance/Cook/Servers, Health fair, Activities, be a Member of The Friends Group, Party set-up, Decorations, Special Events.

Can you Spare???

As you know, it takes a village to run the Senior Center. Financial contributions of donation of paper towels, foam coffee cups, shelf stable creamers, silverware, etc. are gratefully accepted.
